General Provisions

These Terms apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and interactions with FOP K.E. KHAFIZOV, registered in Ukraine at: Kyiv. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of eVizitka services after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

Product Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

eVizitka offers monthly and annual subscription plans for our products and services. Free cards received through a trial period or subscription automatically commit you to the corresponding cycle (monthly or annual) upon dispatch. Cancellation after dispatch does not exempt you from payment for the current cycle. If you choose a monthly plan, you may cancel your subscription after the first full paid month after the trial period. Annual plans are non-refundable and cannot be canceled before the end of the subscription period. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Trial Period

Some plans may include a free or discounted trial period. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you will automatically be charged for the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your account settings at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Once your product ships, you are obligated to pay for at least one month of your subscription.

Refunds and Early Termination

No refunds will be issued for the current subscription period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

Personalized NFC cards are not eligible for return or refund once printed. If the product is found to be defective, we may replace it after inspection.
